The cost will vary depending on the items you require and how far your East Sussex venue is from our base. As a rough guide, single AV items and basic packages will start at around £300 and larger production can be £3000+.
Firstly, you need to know that you're hiring quality - ask for details on where the items are made, what has previous feedback been and if the AV items will be set-up on the day by experienced professionals. You should also make sure you have a proper booking form from a systemised and reliable provider... like Tailored AV! You'll also need to know the equipment you are hiring is PAT certified and your supplier has Public Liability Insurance - we have this in place and can provide the documents required for your venue.
While some of our smaller items may be available on a 'dry hire' basis, any of our larger items and packages will definitely be delivered and installed by our expert team.
